This policy explains what information Creative4AI ("we", "us") collects when you use creative4ai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run the website.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you send an enquiry or use our chat assistant, we receive what you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, company and details of your project.
• Chat messages. Messages you send to our chat assistant are stored along with your IP address, so we can follow up on your enquiry and prevent abuse.
• Basic visit statistics. We count page visits using our own privacy-friendly analytics. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot identify you.
• Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your own browser only.

Your consent

Before you send an enquiry, through our form or our chat assistant, we ask you to tick a box to agree to this policy and our Terms. We record when you agreed and which version of this policy you agreed to. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To run, secure and improve the website.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Where your information goes

Enquiries and chat messages are stored on our own server and sent to our team by email. Our chat assistant runs on our own server, so your messages are not sent to an outside AI provider. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Third-party services and APIs

Where we connect to third-party services on your behalf (for example Google or YouTube, through their official APIs), we only access the information needed for the feature you asked for, use it only for that purpose, and do not sell or share it. Your use of those services is also covered by their own privacy policies, such as the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

• Chat messages are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• IP addresses and browser details stored with an enquiry are deleted after 90 days.
• Enquiries, including any file you attach, are deleted automatically after 2 years.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

How we protect it

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored information is limited to our team.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email support@creative4ai.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
