Custom Software Development
Web applications, internal tools, and APIs built to your domain. Clean architecture, tested, documented, and handed over in a state you could maintain without us.
Software Development & AI Engineering
Creative4AI is a small, senior engineering team. We design, build, and operate custom applications, AI automation, and real-time financial systems — often for people who have run out of room inside a workflow builder. We stay on after launch, because shipping is the easy half.
Services
Focused capabilities, delivered end to end — not a menu of everything.
Web applications, internal tools, and APIs built to your domain. Clean architecture, tested, documented, and handed over in a state you could maintain without us.
LLM-backed assistants, document and voice pipelines, and workflow automation that removes real hours from real processes — scoped against measurable outcomes, not hype.
Low-latency market data, execution engines, risk controls, and backtesting. Our own capital runs on this stack, which is a stronger reference than any case study.
VPS and cloud deployment, nginx, SSL, CI/CD, monitoring, and backups. We set it up so it stays up, so recovering from a bad day takes minutes rather than a weekend.
Pipelines, warehousing, and dashboards that make operational data answer questions — including regulated clinical data handled under HIPAA. Built for the people who read the numbers, not just the ones who store them.
Inherited a codebase nobody understands, or a project that stalled? We assess it honestly, tell you what it would cost to fix versus rebuild, and then do the work.
Selected work
Search and matching at scale, document AI, operator tooling, and the automation that quietly returns hours every week. Figures below are measured outcomes from delivered projects.
Vendor data arrives misspelled, abbreviated and inconsistent, and exact matching fails on it. We build fuzzy-matching tools that stay fast as the catalog grows, with the review interface operators need for the cases a machine shouldn't decide.
Menus, PDFs, photographs and handwritten forms converted into structured records. We pick the model to fit the job and tune the prompt against cost, because on high-volume extraction the token bill decides whether the project survives.
Where work happens in the browser, we build for the browser. Image handling tools and published extensions that sit inside the workflow rather than beside it — measured by actions removed, not features added.
Generating one image is a demo; generating ten thousand that a client can actually review is a pipeline. We build batch engines that take a prompt spreadsheet as it arrives, survive being stopped mid-run, and keep character and scene continuity across a long sequence rather than drifting panel to panel.
Internal and client-facing dashboards that gather their own data, so the weekly report stops being someone's Monday morning. Built for the people reading the numbers, not just the ones storing them.
The unglamorous automation that returns real hours: notifications that fire themselves, approvals that route correctly, and spreadsheets that stop being copied by hand between teams.
Description writing and formatting tools for teams producing catalog content at volume. Small per-item gains, but they compound across hundreds of thousands of items — which is exactly where hand-editing stops scaling.
Patient records migrated out of legacy EHR and EMR systems, and off paper, into structured clinical data — including FHIR resources built to the client’s specification. Handwritten prescriptions included. All of it handled under HIPAA, with a Business Associate Agreement signed before any PHI moves.
Most AI data projects die in production because cleaning raw enterprise databases, formatting prompt-response pairs, and running brute-force LLM labeling burns through token budgets. We engineer automated, multi-model pipelines that clean, restructure, and convert chaotic unstructured text into high-fidelity, fine-tune-ready datasets.
Client names withheld under NDA. Glad to walk you through any of these in detail, with demos and walkthrough recordings, on a call.
Products
We're not only a services shop. We run our own products against real users and real money.
Automated intraday trading & execution platform
A production trading system covering live market data, signal generation, risk-managed execution, and post-trade analytics. It runs every session on our own infrastructure — the same engineering we bring to client work, proven under conditions that don't forgive shortcuts.
Approach
Four steps, no mystery. You always know what stage you're at and what it costs.
A working session to understand the problem, the constraints, and what success actually looks like. If we're not the right team for it, we'll say so here.
A written scope with milestones, fixed pricing per milestone, and explicit exclusions. No open-ended hourly drift.
Short iterations with a working deployment you can click through from week one. Weekly progress, visible repository, no black box.
Deployment, monitoring, and handover documentation. Ongoing support if you want it, and a clean exit if you don't.
Working together
Pick the one that matches where you are. If you're not sure, start with a discovery audit — it's the cheapest way to find out what the work actually is before committing to it.
Fixed fee
A fixed-scope look before anyone commits to a build.
Best when you're not yet sure what should be built, or inherited something nobody understands.
Book an auditPer milestone
Defined outcome, defined milestones, defined price.
Best when you know what you need and want certainty on cost and delivery.
Scope a projectMonthly
A standing engineering capacity for continuous work.
Best when the work doesn't stop at launch — iteration, operations, and support.
Discuss a retainerQuestions
The things people usually want to know first.
You do, outright. Source, repository, and deployment are handed over at the end of the engagement with documentation. There's no license to renew and nothing holding you to us — if you want to take it in-house or to another firm, you can.
Usually, yes — it's one of the more common reasons people call us. Those builders are excellent right up until the thing you need next is not on the menu: a branch the tool won't express, a volume that makes per-task pricing absurd, logic that should sit in one place instead of spread across six connected steps. We rebuild it as software you own, shaped to how the work actually runs rather than to what a platform supports. The replacement is often smaller than the automation it replaces.
No. Most of what we have built serves operations teams rather than enterprises. A tool that saves four people ten hours a week is a good project. If the budget genuinely doesn't fit the scope, we'll say so in the first conversation rather than after you've paid for discovery.
Yes. We work under NDA as standard and don't name clients publicly — the work shown on this site is described without identifying who it was for. Your data stays in your infrastructure wherever the architecture allows it.
Deployment, monitoring, backups, and handover documentation are part of the project, not an upsell. Ongoing support is available on retainer if you want it, and a clean exit if you don't. We won't build something only we can run.
Fixed price per milestone against a written scope with explicit exclusions. You know the cost of each stage before it starts. We avoid open-ended hourly billing because it puts the risk of our estimating mistakes onto you.
Often, yes — it is a large part of what we do. We start with an audit to assess the state of the code honestly, then tell you what it would cost to repair versus rebuild. Sometimes the answer is that it isn't worth saving, and we'll tell you that too.
We ship it. OCR and document extraction pipelines, LLM-backed extraction from unstructured sources, and assistants integrated into real workflows — including the one on this page. We also say no when a problem doesn't need a model, which is more often than the industry admits.
Contact
Send a few lines about the problem and we'll reply within one business day — usually with questions, sometimes with a straight answer about whether it's worth building at all.
