Your video link
Optional. Save your own Zoom room (or Google Meet / Teams link) and choose My link when booking. Clients who book through your client links get it automatically.
How do I find my Zoom link?
- Sign in at zoom.us/profile (a free account is fine).
- Under Personal Meeting ID, click Show and copy the link that starts
https://…zoom.us/j/. No link there? Open Meetings → Personal Room → Copy Invitation and copy just the link line. - Paste it above and press Save.
- In Zoom settings, turn Waiting Room on so you admit guests yourself.
Google Meet: create a meeting in Google Calendar, copy its meet.google.com/… link.
Teams: Meet → Create a meeting link. Free Zoom accounts end calls at 40 minutes.
Show in Google Calendar
Your own calls already reach your calendar as invites. Subscribe once to also see your colleagues' calls there. It's private to you and updates by itself.
More options
- Outlook / Apple Calendar: copy the link above, then Add calendar → From internet / New subscription and paste it.
- Prefer one feed for everything? Use your my-calls link instead (then you'll see your own calls twice if you also accept the invites).
- Google refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours, so a brand-new booking can take a while to appear there. The emailed invite is always instant.
- Shared the link by mistake? Make new links — the old ones stop working.
Client links
Send a client a link and they pick the time themselves. The call is booked with you (and anyone selected above), and you get the invite.
